All you need to do is choose the meal plan that suits you and your lifestyle - and we'll take care of the rest. We will cook your meals from delicious fresh ingredients and deliver to you every morning or evening Monday to Friday. You can then enjoy your food at home, in the office or on the go!   • There's a range of options with different sets of meals to fit your lifestyle. If you're looking for a complete solution when e.g. you're trying to lose weight or just don't have time to cook every day, opt for the Complete Meal Plan. We currently offer two Complete Meal Plans to choose from: - Standard - which includes meat and fish dishes. - Vegetarian - which does not contain any meat or seafood, but does contain dairy products and eggs. You can choose either plan with a different calorie base, current options include: 1600, 1800 and 2000 kcal.   • Of course! Please get in touch and our customer services team will be happy to assist with any questions you may have. We will also soon have a registered dietitian join our team available to support you with further guidance.   • You can choose either plan with a different calorie base, current options include: 1600, 1800 and 2000 kcal. If you need help on calculating the right required calorie intake for your weight goal, please get in touch, we’d be happy to help.

  • No problem! We understand that people have different tastes and you may simply prefer different cuisines. If that's the case, please get in touch with us at info@fitasty.co.uk and we will cancel your plan and refund the change for remaining days. Alternatively, you may wish to let us know of any foods you dislike in the 'additional information' box upon checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • We deliver Fitasty meal plans Monday to Friday to allow you the freedom to go out or cook at home during the weekend. If you'd like to maintain the same calorie intake during the weekend and need some advice, follow us on Facebook or Instagram for tips and hints on how to introduce healthy eating habits. If you're interested in having Fitasty meals delivered Monday - Sunday, please let us know - this option may be introduced later.

  • While we will do out best to accommodate any dietary restrictions, Fitasty cannot guarantee there will not be traces of the 14 key allergens listed by the Food Standards Agency in any of the meals. We also cannot guarantee that all allergy and dietary restrictions can be met. Please get in touch with us at info@fitasty.co.uk for more information.

  • We will endavour to make the calculations as precise as possible, but the calorie information on the boxes is mainly for guidance purposes. It may vary up to 50kcal per box. It may also vary if you request any alterations due to diatery needs or preferences. We will endavour to make the calculations as precise as possible.

  • The containers we use are microwavable, however, not every meal will require heating. Please follow the instruction of the box for heating and serving instructions. All meals can be consumed cold, straight from the box.

  • As part of a healthy lifestyle, it is best to avoid ‘empty calories’ in sugary drinks. We recommend reducing your alcohol and caffeine intake (that includes coffee and black tea) and drinking plenty of water whilst on your plan. Herbal teas are also a great option!   • You can decide yourself or contact us for further advice on your recommended calorie intake to achieve your goal (be it losing weight, gaining muscle or just maintaining the current weight). Depending on your requirements and the plan you choose, there may be space for you to add some extra snacks during the day. However, remember that each meal plan already comes with a sweet and savoury snack for you to enjoy!

  • You can eat the meals in the order you like, however, we recommend following a structured eating plan with meals at regular intervals. If you prefer to eat only 3 times a day, you can combine the 2 snacks provided in the plan with any other meal if you prefer.   • Nutritionists recommend eating between 3-5 meals a day. Eat your breakfast up to an hour after waking up and try to eat the following meals at regular intervals (every 3-4 hours). Dinner should ideally be eaten up to 2-3 hours before bedtime to allow your body sufficient time for digestion before sleep.

  • Yes, however, depending on your goal, you may need to be mindful of your total calorie intake. Supplements can aid muscle recovery and optimise training performance but they also increase your calorie intake.   • Your meals will be delivered daily starting either in the morning on the meal plan start day or in the evening on the previous day. We deliver in the mornings Monday-Friday and in the evenings Sunday-Thursday. The daily delivery ensures the food remains fresh and tasty. However, if you have any special requirements or would like to arrange alternative delivery times, it is best to contact us, we will do our best to accommodate you.   • We currently offer free delivery to the following postcodes within Bristol: BS1 - BS5, BS15 and BS16. A small fee is incurred for delivery to postcodes: BS6 - BS9, BS13, BS14, BS30 and BS31. We are working hard on expanding our reach. Follow us on social media to stay up to date with any changes.

  • We can deliver your order to either home or office address. If you have any special requirements or delivery instructions, please let us know. We will aim to deliver the order straight to your hands but we may leave it in a safe place or, for office addresses, we may leave it at the reception desk.

  • We will aim to deliver your order between 7am and 9am in the morning on the day of your meal plan (Monday to Friday) or between 7pm and 9pm the previous evening, depending on your chosen option (Sunday - Thursday). If you have any special requirements or would like to discuss alternative delivery options, please get in touch with us directly at info@fitasty.co.uk

  • If no one is there to answer the door, we will leave your delivery by the door or in a safe space. We do not take responsibility for lost deliveries in such instances.   • Yes, you can suspend the deliveries in your meal plan. Suspended days are not lost and the diet will automatically be prolonged by the number of days it has been suspended. To suspend your diet, please contact us at info@fitasty.co.uk.

  • The meals are delivered in separate containers which can be microwaved if needed. The containters are spill-proof (not leak-proof) and 100% recyclable. Your meals are fresh and ready-to-eat from the box. Please note, to save on unnecessary plastic consumption, we do not provide cutlery with your order. We encourage you to use reusable cutlery where possible.

  • Yes, you can. We require a minimum 3-working days' notice time.

  • Yes, as standard we require a 3 days' notice on delivery address changes, however, we may be able to accommodate your request at shorter notice, too. Please get in touch with us at info@fitasty.co.uk to discuss this change.

  • Orders are placed online and we accept payment through PayPal platform: this allows you to use your PayPal account or any major credit card.

  • Yes, you can suspend the deliveries in your meal plan. Suspended days are not lost and the diet will automatically be prolonged by the number of days it has been suspended. To suspend your diet, please contact us at info@fitasty.co.uk.

  • We currently offer Complete Meal Plans for 1 day, 1 week or 4 weeks in one payment (that's 5 meals per day Monday to Friday). Please choose the correct option in the 'order online' tab.
