If you don't want to cook and still want to enjoy healthy meals throughout the day, choose our Complete Meal Plan option. Each day's meals are composed to provide you with a balanced meal prep with breakfast, lunch, dinner and a sweet snack - all calorie-controlled and ready-to-eat.
