- Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided upon checkout. The order will be delivered within a 1-2 hours of your chosen delivery window, on your chosen delivery date.
- Should there be no answer at the door at the delivery address provided upon checkout, Fitasty team will first attempt to contact the receiver on the telephone number provided upon checkout. Should no one be available at the property at the time the driver arrives, Fitasty reserve the right to leave the delivery/package unattended at the door/gate. Fitasty will not take any responsibility for the order thereafter.
- Should you choose an alternative location for leaving the delivery/package, these details must be added in the ‘Notes’ section upon checkout. This will only be followed through if the note is clear and understandable and the chosen location is easily accessible without need for tresspassing.
- Should you wish to amend your delivery details after your order has been processed, Fitasty will make every effort to complete your request. However, Fitasty reserve the right not to complete your request should it be beyond their ability. Please ensure your message was received and acknowledged if you choose to contact Fitasty via email (email@example.com) or telephone.
In no event shall Fitasty be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services; it being understood that Fitasty shall use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable under the circumstances.
